You must try this pose. Once you get into bridge pose (shown in the photo), then put a block right underneath your tail bone, so it is supported bridge pose. It feels AMAZING, especially after doing core strengthening exercises. After discovering it in yoga class a couple weeks ago, I bought a block just so I could do it at home. It is seriously life-changing. It seems to take pressure off and put pressure on just where it is needed.
