To make the transition into the weekend (which I sometimes struggle with, since I tend to dwell on work stresses), I tried out an Ayurveda oil massage recommended in this month's Yoga Journal. It basically involved heating up some coconut oil, rubbing it all over, and then taking a bath. It was divine. Somehow, I feel like heat is staying in my skin better now. I think I may need to do this all winter long.
And now I get to have a whole weekend of baths and massages because we're going to Berkeley Springs for our anniversary!
